A person reads every message. Questions, corrections, a child's account, something broken: write and we will answer within a few days.

You do not need an account to get in touch, so a parent asking about a child's data never has to make one first. Pick what your message is about (a question, your account or sign-in, a child's account, privacy or your data, something broken, feedback or an idea, or something else) and leave your name and an email address so we can reply.

If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us. We keep what you send only to answer it, as set out in the privacy policy. You can also email support@chessmites.com directly.

If something on the tournament list or in the ACF rating lookup is wrong, or you want your entry removed, tell us here and we will act on it. Coaches and schools who want to use Chessmites with students can ask about a licence here too.
