Privacy policy

What we collect, why, where it lives, and how to see it or have it deleted. Written for people, including parents, and kept honest about what the product actually does.

You can browse the opening courses and train the free line of every course without an account; progress you make as a visitor stays in your own browser and never reaches us unless you create an account and choose to keep it.

Accounts for children under 13 are created by a parent or guardian and hold as little as we can manage: a randomly generated username (never the child's name), an age band rather than a date of birth, an avatar and a link to the parent's email. A parent can see what a child's account holds, change its password, withdraw consent or delete it at any time.

Our data is stored in Microsoft Azure's Australia East region. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. We do not sell personal information. The full policy is below.
